Question: What changes will need to be made to our 856 Links in our bib records?
Helm will handle the loading of electronic resource records for big sets like Films on Demand, and Kanopy. Libraries will be responsible for loading and cataloging small and one off collections. Helm will modify current links in your one off records to comply with the new proxy.
Question: Is there a search and replace tool that can be utilized to globally change the URLs in our 856 links? In LibGuides change the proxy code in the admin function. If using the mobile builder tool remember that the proxy code is hard coded and will need to be changed directly.
