Welcome to the Immigration Resources for Students!
Whether you’re a U.S. citizen, a green card holder, a student on a visa, or undocumented, you have legal rights.
The following guide does not aim to serve as a substitute for legal advice. However, we strive to provide helpful resources that can aid the MCC community. The compilation of resources below are state, national, and non-profit websites that provide assistance to immigrants.
The Immigration Legal Resource Center (ILRC) offers RedCards, which outline your legal rights and how to respond if approached by immigration officers. These cards are available in multiple languages and provide helpful guidance for asserting your rights. You can learn more or access these cards here: ILRC Red Cards. The cards are also in the MCC Libraries, Office of Student Engagement, and other student spaces.
