A new bill called the Act Reducing The Cost of Attending College (H. 3761) was recently introduced by State Representative Mindy Domb. The bill will establish an open educational resource trust fund to support expanding the use of open textbooks (and other open educational resources) that everyone can download, edit and share freely to benefit students.
