Look at the record of your YouTube video. What is it? Who published it? When was it published? All this information will come in handy when you cite it.
In Noodlebib, choose WEBSITE and VIDEO CLIP (ONLINE). Look at the example below.

Using the YouTube information, fill in the fields. Notice it'll ask who is the lecturer, in this video it's James Baldwin. Then further down, it'll ask who uploaded (or posted) the video. Try not to confuse the two!
