How to Log In to Library Resources

When you click on any library database or certain other resources from off campus, you will be asked to log in to verify you are part of the MCC community. 

Students

Students need to use their A# and a library password to access library databases from off-campus.

1. Make sure you enter a capital "A" for your A#. 

2. The default library password for students is their date of birth in a MMDDYYYY format. For example, if you were born on July 4, 1776, your password would be 07041776

3. If needed, you can reset your password.

Faculty & Staff

Faculty and staff will need to login with their MCC username or library barcode and their library password to access library resources from off campus. 

1. Make sure you use the username before the @ in your email.

2. If needed, you can reset your password. 

New faculty and staff members will need to register here for a MCC Library Card. The physical card will be delivered to your campus office or mailed to your home address.
