Please complete this form in regards to your Summer 2021 course sections and the resources that students must purchase to be academically successful in your course.  Submit one form per course section.  Information will be used to code sections LCM (Low Cost Course Materials/ Text) or NCM (No Cost Course Materials/Text) in Banner. Course markings aid in transparency and enable students to make informed financial decisions when planning their schedules.

Please include the CRN as this is the best way to identify your course within the system.  The official summer course schedule will be available to view on February 22nd and will include CRNs. You may enter as much section information as you have now, and may update your submission once CRNs become available. Additionally, a member of staff may contact you once the course schedule is available to confirm.
